Luxury Residences – Glyfada
Residential Completion Works
Renovation and completion works for residences within an existing occupied apartment building. The project involved two full-floor apartments on the first and second floors, which were previously at the concrete structure stage. The first-floor apartment was connected to the existing ground-floor and basement maisonette through the extension of the internal staircase. The project included the complete design and installation of all mechanical and electrical systems, including plumbing, drainage, electrical installations, underfloor heating, and air conditioning, as well as the completion of all interior spaces with flooring, custom woodwork, bathrooms, and finishing works. The intervention was carried out with full respect for the operation of the residential building and the particularities of the existing structure.

Municipal Conservatory – Glyfada
Cultural Center – Glyfada
The completion of the new Municipal Conservatory resulted in a modern cultural building designed to meet the needs of music education and cultural events for the Municipality. The building includes a concert hall with a capacity of approximately 180 people, rehearsal and music teaching rooms, listening and choir spaces, as well as the necessary administrative and support facilities, serving the Municipal Conservatory, the Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra, and other municipal organizations. The building operates using heat pumps, while the entire roof is covered with photovoltaic systems, enhancing its energy-efficient character. In addition, it has been equipped with modern sound systems and contemporary lighting, ensuring high-quality acoustics and comfort for educational and artistic activities.

Renovation of Villas
Project: Complete renovation of the villas located within the Asteria Glyfada complex, including the surrounding outdoor areas of each villa as well as the common areas. The luxury private homes of the One & Only Aesthesis Athens complex were constructed using exceptional materials with meticulous attention to detail. This contemporary project was completed in 2024 and achieved LEED & SITES certification, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable development. LEED certification provides a framework for healthy, efficient, and environmentally responsible buildings, contributing to carbon and cost savings.

Sofitel Athens Airport Hotel
Renovation of Entrance, Reception, Lobby, Artemis Bar
& Renovation of 45 Rooms on the 6th Floor
The total intervention area covered 881.69 sq.m., including: 24.68 sq.m. of the covered entrance exterior area, 41.18 sq.m. of the entrance elevator lobby, 458.60 sq.m. of reception, lobby, and circulation areas, 196.27 sq.m. of the Artemis Bar area, 26.80 sq.m. for the new web lounge, 20.49 sq.m. for the new meeting room, 29.70 sq.m. for restroom areas, and 83.97 sq.m. of back-of-house spaces.
The project also included the complete renovation of 45 hotel rooms on the 6th floor. Flooring, bathrooms, frames, and hotel equipment were dismantled and fully replaced.
